Our approach to every project is one of collaboration and partnering, with our client and established relationships, and with the project team we assemble to best serve our clients’ needs.
As each client and project is unique, our plan+design project team is tailored to the project’s unique criteria as appropriate by partnering with additional industry professionals and trade partners whose expertise and resources will benefit the project. Partner team members may include architects, engineers, CADD services, furnishing / merchandising specialists, decorative artists, fabricators, millwork shops, workrooms, “green” consultants, landscape designers, builders and contractors.

Never having built a house, my husband and I were clueless in where to begin. Lori at plan+design was the ideal starting point. She patiently listened to our wants, needs and desires and, over a few meetings, designed our dream home. Lori took our wish list, along with a jumbled pile of pictures, and gave us the plans for a timeless home. The floor plan and elevations are exactly what we envisioned.
